Join us for the Siratilm Family Launch: Family Picnic at the Zoo on Sunday, August, 30th! Enjoy a memory-making evening featuring after-hours zoo admission, interactive games, and an inside look at all the programs and clubs Siratilm Family is rolling out this year.

Ticket Pricing:

  • General Admission (Ages 4+): $25

  • Toddlers (Ages 3 & Under): FREE

What to Bring (Attendee Checklist)

  • Picnic Gear: Lawn chairs or picnic blankets (seating is open-grass BYOB style).

  • Spending Money: Cash if purchasing from vendors.

  • Ticket Proof: Digital QR code on a mobile phone (or printed confirmation ticket) for quick entry scanning.

    Cancellation & Weather Policy

  • Rain or Shine: The outreach event proceeds as planned in light rain or passing showers. Attendees are encouraged to dress for the weather.

  • Severe Weather Protocol: If dangerous weather occurs (lightning, extreme squalls), the event will be postponed to a pre-set rain date. A decision will be communicated to all ticket holders via SMS/email by 12:00 PM on event day.

  • Refund & Transfer Terms: Tickets are non-refundable within 7 days of the event, but are 100% transferable. If a family cannot attend, they can forward their confirmation link to a friend or family member without needing a name change.

    Zoo Rules & Entry Guidelines

    • BYOP (Bring Your Own Picnic): Outside food, snacks, and beverages are welcome. Glass containers and sharp utensils are strictly prohibited on zoo grounds. No personal food can be feed to animals. 

    • Animal Interaction & Safety: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times near animal enclosures and vendor areas. Outside animal feeding is strictly prohibited.
